Personal Information Sales/Shares Opt-Out

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as replaced by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), California residents have the right to opt-out of the sale or share of personal information, such as (though not limited to) cookie, IP address and other personal information.

When we disclose personal information with third-party service providers so that they can perform business functions for us or on our behalf, this is not considered a “sale” or a “share” under the CCPA, and so the right to opt-out does not apply to such sharing.

However, when we disclose personal information to the third-party service provider described below so that it can perform cross-context behavioral advertisements for our Services (“Ad Entity”), this may be deemed a “share” under the CCPA, and so the right to opt-out applies.
